SHIPPING

All UK orders are now shipped via our preferred courier Royal Mail on a premium next-day delivery service; you will be given the option at checkout to choose which service you require. Either Special Delivery before 1PM or Tracked 24. 

For International customers we will ship via UPS or DHL on an express service.

All orders will be dispatched same day if ordered before 3PM (BST). 

RETURNS

We do not offer returns on orders unless we are liable on a rare occurrence with damaged/faulty products.

We have over 500 products currently loaded on our live inventory. However due to the demand you may notice products are constantly going In and out of stock. We are constantly notifying members when products are being added onto the website and also when inventory is running low on specific products. We look to expand on our live inventory over time to be able to offer members a wider variety of products.
